Delete your SlimFit account
This page explains how to delete your SlimFit account, exactly what is removed when you do, and what (if anything) we keep afterwards. SlimFit is published by SlimFit Formula.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no undo, no grace period, and we cannot recover a deleted account or any of the data in it.
How to delete your account
- Open the SlimFit app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm when prompted.
Your account and its data are erased straight away, and you are signed out.
If you can no longer sign in, or you would rather we did it for you, email alexandertillya01@gmail.com from the email address on your account (or mention the phone number you signed up with). We action these requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes all of the following from our systems:
- Your account and sign-in identity — name, email address, phone number, and the Firebase Authentication record behind them
- Your health and fitness profile — age range, gender, height, weight, activity level, and any weight-loss goal
- Your daily step history
- Your water intake log
- Your food and meal entries, including their calorie estimates
- Your BMI history
- Your completed workouts and session durations
- Your walk and run summaries — distance, duration, calories and date
- Your reminder and notification preferences
What we keep, and for how long
We do not retain a copy of your personal data after deletion. Two narrow exceptions:
- SMS delivery logs. Our SMS partner, Textify, keeps its own delivery records for verification codes and daily summary texts, under its own retention policy. These sit outside SlimFit and are not deleted by this action.
- Backups. Residual copies may persist in routine encrypted infrastructure backups for up to 30 days, after which they are overwritten. They are not accessible to the app and are never used to restore a deleted account.
We keep no anonymised or aggregated copy of your activity data, and nothing is retained for advertising — SlimFit has no ads, analytics, or tracking SDKs.
Deleting some data without deleting your account
SlimFit does not currently offer partial deletion. You can edit your profile and turn individual reminders off from the Profile tab at any time; removing your logged history means deleting the account.
